Soldier OnThis little mix has been a musical therapy for me these past few weeks. I’m slightly broken-hearted that my extended stay in a place that I really want to live in has come to an end. It sucks because I’ve grown accustomed to the wonderful things it offered. I was hoping this mix would help me bring myself back to the earthly (mundane?) life in the third-world. I asked my friend who was in the same position a year ago, if she ever forgot her time there. She said she was reminded of it everyday and the same thing is happening to me so there really is no point in forgetting. The only thing left to do is to move on and try to make do with what I have. So here’s a 10-track mix, to remove you from whichever rut you are in. I can’t really say that it’s going to motivate you since most of the tracks are really somber but I hope it helps you to keep on keeping on.
